My parents were here last week and they brought me a very special gift. This clock used to be in my parents house my senior year of H.S. When it is wound it will dong on the hour and ding on the half hour. With each ding my friends and I would always sing out. "The Cookies are Done!" because it sounds like a timer. Now my son and I are carrying on that tradition started in my youth! Thank you Daddy for giving me this clock. I absolutely love it!

Ansir's Birthday
Thursday, January 28, 2010
I know I was suposed to have all 100 books read for the 2009 book challenge but it didn't happen. I have decieded to keep updading my list as I contue reading. I want to see how long it will take me. I am currently reading three books so hopefully I will be updating my lisa again soon. I was wondering if it counts to have a book read to you. If it does I can also add the first two left behind searies books. We have a story time in our house most evenings. We all wrap up in blanketsn each in their own recliner and tim reads to us. If you have never done this as a family I strongly recommend it. It is way better than watching the tv.

ORLC Christmas Cantata
Tim and I have become members of the choir at our new church Our Redeemers Lutheran Church and each year they preforma a Christmas Cantata. This year it was called
I Hear a Prophet Callin.
Here is a duet that I sang in the cantata.
This is a solo that I preformed.
It takes a while for me to upload the videos so if I am able I will post another video later this week. By the way Ansir was the camera man. He did a great job.
